Tio Lucho’s is bringing fresh energy to the midday meal with the launch of its Power Hour lunch menu. Co-founded by James Beard-nominated Chef Arnaldo Castillo and restaurateurs Howard and Anita Hsu, the popular neighborhood dining spot offers a menu packed with vibrant, quick meals designed to keep diners fueled for whatever the day throws their way.

Available Tuesday through Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., the new Power Hour lunch menu showcases a vibrant mix of bold, nutrient-packed dishes alongside returning favorites. Expect protein-packed entrées and fresh, swoon-worthy salads—all infused with Chef Arnaldo Castillo’s signature Peruvian flair. Making a highly anticipated return is the Tio Burger, a must-try fan favorite from Chef Castillo’s La Chingana pop-up. This flavorful beef-and-pork burger, topped with American cheese, huancaina, and daikon pickles, is served on a brioche bun with a side of fries, delivering a crave-worthy combination that’s sure to impress. 

Power Hour Menu Highlights Include:

  • Fried Shrimp Sandwich – Gulf shrimp, lettuce, tomato, crema de aji, served on ciabatta
  • Pan Con Chicharron – Fried pork belly, sweet potato, aji verde, criolla, served on ciabatta
  • Pollo Bowl – Braised chicken quarter, jasmine rice
  • Tio Burger – Beef and pork patty, American cheese, huancaina, daikon pickles, served with fries
  • Power Salad – Leafy greens with quinoa, aji dulce, apples, tomato, feta, huacatay dressing (with optional add-ons like steak or grilled snapper)
  • Tio’s Salad – Quinoa, aji dulce, apples, tomato, feta, rocoto vinaigrette (with optional add-ons like grilled chicken or shrimp)
  • Lomo Saltado – Tender beef stir fry with tomatoes, onions, house fries, served with jasmine rice
