Atlanta, Georgia (April 3, 2018) – Concentrics restaurants, a favorite Atlanta-based restaurant operating group boasting dynamic concepts across the country, is pleased to announce the appointment of Chef Matt Weinstein as Executive Chef of TAP, located in the heart of Midtown, Atlanta. Matt Weinstein, one of Atlanta’s top culinary talents, offers intuitive modern cuisine inspired by global flavors and locally sourced ingredients at the Midtown staple.
Beginning his culinary career at Woodfire Grill, Chef Weinstein quickly made a name for himself – taking over as Executive Chef of Woodfire Grill in less than a year while racking up numerous accolades. While Executive Chef of ONE. midtown kitchen, Weinstein was named to the coveted Zagat 30 under 30 list, recognizing him as a – gastronomic game change. Now as the Executive Chef at TAP, Weinstein brings years of experience working alongside top-rated chefs, as well expert techniques, contemporary insights, and new energy to the staple Atlanta dining destination.
